its raining, i thought that many people will ignore this event as turn off the light will make them cannot do many things, and the best way to kill the 1 hour without light is to go out somewhere else which doesn't had earth hour.
well, as i thought, when i was in Westlake house, there're only a small group(around 4 people) gathering at the middle of the basketball court. they're lighting up candles in the rain, with umbrella on top to keep the candle away from raindrop.
as time goes, people notice our presence. more and more people start to gather in the basketball court. a few ten minutes later, the court is full of people. then there's someone suddenly shout out "turn off the light" towards houses that still have their lights on.
soon enough the others are following, but for a short while only.
around 9pm, half an hour before earth hour end. there's a girl suggest us to have a parade walking around the housing area. everyone agreed and we start walking.
while walking, there're always someone lead the group to shout "turn off the light" towards houses that didn't turn their lights off, and this process was just keep on continue until the
parade was finished.
i saw 1 chinese guy and 1 malay both holding a great camera like the one photographer use, and take pictures of the scene. i wonder r they journalist.
too bad i dont have any camera nor my phone can take photos, if not i will post some photo in here.
well, my blog is too plain too be notice so i can just ignore posting pictures here since almost no one will be looking at my blog anyway.
